How can I guarantee my reservation?
To confirm and secure your stay, we require a 20% deposit, as indicated in the quotation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Up to 15 days before the arrival date, you can recover the deposit via bank transfer, or receive a “Safe Holiday” voucher to be used for a future stay with dedicated discounts. Up to 5 days before arrival, the deposit can be recovered through a “Safe Holiday” voucher. Within 5 days of arrival, only the amount of the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee. We handle every cancellation request with the utmost flexibility.
What does the travel insurance cover?
Thanks to our partnership with Allianz Insurance, you can insure your stay or just the deposit, so you’re protected in case of unforeseen events and can book with peace of mind.
What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Lunch is served from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm (restaurant entry).
Dinner is served from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm (restaurant entry).
Please note that your package (with full board) starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Any meals not consumed can be replaced with a packed lunch (to be requested at the reception).
